You guys had it all backwards this morning.
If you want to reduce emissions then you need to get the worst polluters off the road more quickly.
Hummers and Big Trucks only should be in the HOV Lane - HA!

No seriously - Last time I was in Miami they allowed everyone to be on the toll road during off peak hours.
The sign said it was a toll road during morning and evening rush hour only.

I think most of the Dart Buses run on Natural Gas which is cleaner anyway.

According to one of the car guys I listen to on the radio who reads a lot more of this stuff than I do - the EPA keeps tightening the restrictions and requiring cleaner and cleaner emissions so even on the worst of days now it the Dallas air is better than it used to be.

I also really wonder about this corn junk they are putting in our gas.
They admit it gives us worse gas mileage - is it polluting the air worse as well because we are getting worse gas mileage.
