Speaking of wayward child support!! My wayward son signed off his parental rights and it is recorded when this daughter was less than a year old so the mother's parents could have the right to put medical and life insurance on the baby as THEY were caring for her. Mother was on drugs and not certain she isn't at this time.
Daughter is now 17 years old and I believe son has seen her perhaps once since she was born. Never was asked for support at any time. All now living in another State and decided to sue him for BACKI CHILD SUPPORT OF OVER $50,000.00.
If the years after the first child, he fathered four other children and pays for every one of them, every month, plus their medical insurance.
JUSTICE has NOT been served as yet BUT JUSTICE has SERVED him to appear.
