cbs11tv.com - Dallas Girl Mauled By Two Pit Bulls: "An 8-year-old Dallas girl was gravely injured after being mauled by two pit bulls. It happened in the 3200-block of Chihuahua in West Dallas.
The child's mother was also bitten numerous times while trying to rescue her daughter. Family members say the dogs were family pets, but the mother has given permission to have the animals destroyed."
