Email regarding Chapel Valley

Is this rocket science?
You live in a house that never flooded in its history and along comes a 8 foot mountain of dirt piled behind your house and now every time it rains the hose floods. My 2 year old grandson would be able to tell you why; the 8 FOOT MOUNTAIN of DIRT is why. So I guess that leads us to believe that the Dallas City officials do not have the intelligence of a 2 year old.
If I lived in that neighborhood I think I would be handing out flyers describing what the problems and do they want to risk a possible legal battle. If enough people walk away maybe the developer will finally listen and do something.
This is another case of a government that is supposed to work for its citizens failing them. I bet the developer is not only a resident of Dallas, but I bet they are not even from Texas.
