***I just don't understand. My wife has to pay out of state tuition but if someone comes into the country illegally they don't have to.

Kinky's big plan was to get the governors together of the border states and talk about the issue. Oh and he also was going to put 1 million in an escrow accout for the Mexican border patrol. Good One!
