Another shocking tale about stolen cars

"I was listening to the Ernie & J program today around 2:30 to 3 pm about individuals vehicles being stolen and having to pay the city pound to get your own car back that some thief has stolen. That happen to us with the Dallas pound, except we got our truck back for a healthy fee of about $200 that had to paid in cash or with a credit card. Thank you for pushing the bill that helps to protect the innocent since the police dept can't and really don't care nor try to catch the crooks. They just chalk it up to a problem that happens every few seconds daily. This can happen to anyone. The innocent keep on getting taken."
